All sales after August 30, 2016 are final, and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders. All International orders will need to cover shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased prior to August 30, 2016, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be shipped back to us in its original packaging.
To request a return, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you'd like to exchange an item purchased prior to August 30, 2016 for a different size, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and exchange request. We do not cover charges for exchanges.
